Before and Now

          I had an idea that military means was the only and most important workable mechanism to eliminate the insurgencies of the ethnic armed groups in the remote area. Now I realise that there are other mechanisms which are also workable and can really eliminate the insurgencies. For example, negotiating and letting them participate in legal politics in a proper way.

Opening up a country in many channels in a good speed is suitable for the development of politics and democratization of Myanmar. However, I think the speed is too fast to tackle the rule of law.

          I have a belief that the persons who love peace most are soldiers who really make sacrifice and who suffer from the pain of wars on the ground.
