တရားသူႀကီးခ်ဳပ္ ခန္႕ထားပံုအေျပာင္းအလဲ

           ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့ စာမွာ ျပည္ေထာင္စု တရားလႊတ္ေတာ္ခ်ဳပ္ တရားသူႀကီးေတြရဲ႕ သက္တမ္းကို သမၼတသက္တမ္းနဲ႕ အတူတူျဖစ္ေအာင္ ျပင္ဆင္ထားတဲ့ အေျခခံဥပေဒျပင္ဆင္ခ်က္ ဥပေဒၾကမ္းထဲက အေၾကာင္းကို သက္ေတာ္ရွည္ဘြဲ႕႐ုပ္သိမ္းၿပီလား ဆိုတဲ့ ေခါင္းစဥ္နဲ႕ ေရးခဲ့ပါတယ္။ အခုလည္း ျပည္ေထာင္စု တရားလႊတ္ေတာ္ခ်ဳပ္နဲ႕ ပတ္သက္တဲ့ ေနာက္ထပ္ျပင္ဆင္ခ်က္ အခ်ိဳ႕ကို ဆက္လက္ တင္ျပပါ့မယ္။

           ျပည္ေထာင္စုတရားလႊတ္ေတာ္ခ်ဳပ္ တရားသူႀကီးေတြ ေရြးခ်ယ္ခန္႕ထားတဲ့ ပံုစံ ေျပာင္းသြားပါတယ္။ မူလက ျပည္ေထာင္စု တရားသူႀကီးခ်ဳပ္ ရဲ႕ အမည္စာရင္းကို သမၼတက လႊတ္ေတာ္ကို တင္သြင္းရပါတယ္။ လႊတ္ေတာ္က သေဘာတူလို႕ ျပည္ေထာင္စုတရားသူႀကီးခ်ဳပ္ကို ခန္႕ၿပီးတဲ့အခါက်မွ သမၼတနဲ႕ ျပည္ေထာင္စုတရားသူႀကီးခ်ဳပ္နဲ႕ ညွိႏွိဳင္းၿပီး ျပည္ေထာင္စုတရားလႊတ္ေတာ္ခ်ဳပ္ တရားသူႀကီးေတြရဲ႕ အမည္စာရင္းကို လႊတ္ေတာ္ကို သမၼတက တင္ရတာပါ။ အခု ျပင္ဆင္ထားခ်က္ ဥပေဒၾကမ္းအရဆိုရင္ ဒုတိယျပည္ေထာင္စုတရားသူႀကီးခ်ဳပ္ သံုးေယာက္ အမည္စာရင္းကို သမၼတနဲ႕ လႊတ္ေတာ္ဥကၠဌႏွစ္ေယာက္က တစ္ေယာက္စီ လႊတ္ေတာ္ကို တင္ျပရပါတယ္။ လႊတ္ေတာ္ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ေတြ အားလံုးပါ၀င္တဲ့ ျပည္ေထာင္စု တရားသူႀကီးခ်ဳပ္ ေရြးခ်ယ္တင္ေျမွာက္ေရးအဖြဲ႕က အဲသည္ သံုးေယာက္ထဲက တစ္ေယာက္ကို ျပည္ေထာင္စုတရားသူႀကီးခ်ဳပ္အျဖစ္ ေရြးခ်ယ္ေပးရမွာပါ။ ၿပီးေတာ့မွ ျပည္ေထာင္စု တရားသူႀကီးခ်ဳပ္နဲ႕ ဒုတိယျပည္ေထာင္စု တရားသူႀကီးခ်ဳပ္ ႏွစ္ဦးတို႕ ညွိႏွိဳင္းၿပီး ျပည္ေထာင္စုတရားလႊတ္ေတာ္ခ်ဳပ္ တရားသူႀကီးေတြ အမည္စာရင္းကို လႊတ္ေတာ္ကို တင္ျပအတည္ျပဳခ်က္ ရယူခန္႕အပ္ရမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေလာက္ပါပဲ။

School Visit

I have visited three primary and secondary schools in the area as a member of #CAT and I could learn a lot about how the Japanese kids are raised very systematically. I had a great opportunity to talk about my country, to have lunch and play with them, and to see how they clean their classrooms, corridors and toilets. It made me surprised how the kids are so responsive and analytical to my talk. The most amazing personality of the school children was their soldier-like obedience and smartness when they had an assembly to take farewell bow to the guests (us).

#CAT is a volunteer group of students willing to support the local community in such activities as school visits, introductions to your country and culture to off campus groups, participation in local festivals including stage performances, and helping with other requests from the city to promote international awareness. Participants are often gifted a coupon that can be used in our local community (shops around Urasa Station). For those actively participating in CAT activities, a certificate of appreciation is awarded at the time of graduation.
