enjoy what is available

for most of the time in our life, we have no option but to enjoy what is available. it is also true for the workplace in our profession. every manager wishes to have the best players in their team but the dream does not always come true. the players' skill does matter actually but the management does matter most in the situation where the manager has nothing to do with the recruitment portion. if you blame the bad skill of your player, it is also blaming yourself of your worse management simultaneously. think twice before you make a bad comment on the team members you are dealing with. NEVER spit aimed at the sky.

A visit to the Hluttaw

Almost a decade ago, I was here as an audience of the speeches of the stakeholders in the legislative pillar at the event of the very first official commemoration of International Democracy Day in Myanmar held on September 15, 2011.
Now is the second visit to this grand theatre not as listener but as a speaker.
