It is easily understandable why Myanmar chose that number to mark a memory of the nation. 11-12-13 simply stands for 11th December 2013, the day of the opening ceremony of the 27th SEA Games hosted in the brand new capital Nay Pyi Taw.
I myself could have a golden chance to personally witness the grand celebration with my very immediate family members, relatives and siblings.
The most heartfelt moment was the national flag hoisting program, in which the orchestra played the national anthem and the whole audience in the stadium sang it very unitedly and energetically.
We will always be proud of being the host of the SEA Games, and the collective memory of that evening will never be erased from ours.
I wish we, people of the whole nation, have a similar spirit of unity to that of the audience in the stadium on the occasion.
