တရားဥပေဒနဲ႕အညီ ဆိုင္းငံ့ထား

လက္ကိုင္တယ္လီဖုန္းေတြမွာ အသံနဲ႕စကားေျပာတာကလြဲရင္ အျခား၀န္ေဆာင္မွဳေတြ (အင္တာနက္၊ ေဖ့စဘုတ္ စသည္ျဖင့္) ကို ငါးရက္တာ ရပ္တန္႕ပစ္ဖို႕ အိႏၵိယႏိုင္ငံ မဏိပူရျပည္နယ္ အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ေရးမွဴးက ဇူလိုင္ ၁၉ ရက္ေန႕မွာ အမိန္႕ထုတ္ျပန္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ အမုန္းစကားဗီဒီယိုဖိုင္ေတြ တမင္တကာျဖန္႕ျဖဴးေနတာဟာ တရားဥပေဒစိုးမိုးေရးနဲ႕ တည္ၿငိမ္ေအးခ်မ္းေရးကို ပ်က္ျပားေစတယ္ဆိုၿပီး အေရးေပၚအေျခအေနဆိုင္ရာ ဥပေဒတစ္ရပ္အရ အခုလို ပိတ္ပင္လိုက္တာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

ကမာၻေပၚမွာ အႀကီးဆံုး ဒီမိုကေရစီႏိုင္ငံအျဖစ္ အသိအမွတ္ျပဳခံထားရတဲ့ အိႏၵိယႏိုင္ငံရဲ႕ ျပည္နယ္အစိုးရတစ္ခုက ထုတ္ျပန္လိုက္တဲ့ အခု အမိန္႕ဟာ တရားဥပေဒစိုးမိုးေရးနဲ႕ တည္ၿငိမ္ေအးခ်မ္းေရးအတြက္ လူ႕အခြင့္အေရးဆိုင္ရာ ျပဌာန္းခ်က္ေတြကို အစိုးရက တရားဥပေဒနဲ႕အညီ ဆိုင္းငံ့ထားလို႕ရတယ္ဆိုတဲ့ ဥပမာေကာင္းတစ္ခုျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

This is a very good example of how the government take action for restoration of the public order in the effected area by law. The government reserves the right to suspend the rights of the people under an emergency situation which poses a threat to the law and order, and stability of the area.
