232 (k)

. . . The Union Minister for Foreign Affairs who has also assumed a post called “the State Counsellor” which creation was highly controversial for its unconstitutionality pays an official visit to China to attend the “CPC in Dialogue with World Political Parties” High-Level Meeting. This event indicates two major factors in Myanmar polity.
.
. . . The first one is that she does not respect to one slogan of her own electoral campaign “rule of law” since a union minister is not allowed to take part in the party activities, and attending such a meeting as a party leader is unconstitutional.
.
. . . The second factor this event indicates is that the NLD seems to have no reliable leadership to send to this meeting as the representative of the party.
