WTF Yangon Government

This notification makes me remember of the days when the country was under the management of the military council.

. . . The government has to request the people to use the alternative way, to apologize for any inconvenience, and say thank you in advance for their understanding. It is the practice of any administrative body when they are to do something even for public welfare purpose which can cause the people inconvenience.

Unfortunately
. . . The Yangon government seems not to have a public oriented mindset. The tones of the language used in the notification clearly indicates that the government doesn’t care about the inconvenience of the people as if the people are responsible to sacrifice their rights for the interest of a foreign film company.

Who would teach the so-called democratic government how to respect the people’ right?
